Meet our founder

Alison Laker

Alison Laker has over 25 years of experience in leadership and organisational development. As a behavioural change expert and occupational and organisational psychologist, she helps individuals unlock their potential and supports organisations in building healthy, high-performing cultures – especially in a rapidly digitalising workplace. Alison is also a specialist in supporting neurodiverse individuals, as well as leaders seeking to better understand and assist neurodiverse team members.

Her approach is shaped by personal experience, bringing compassion and commitment to challenging negative workplace behaviours while advocating for those who struggle to speak up for themselves. Alison excels at analysing complex information, preparing evidence-based reports, and coaching on self-esteem, identity and career development. She is particularly passionate about supporting young neurodivergent people, helping them navigate a world that doesn’t always recognise their strengths.

  • MSc, Occupational and Organisational Psychology (Surrey University)
  • BSc, Psychology (University College London)
  • EMCC Accredited Senior Practitioner executive coach (psychodynamic coaching at Tavistock and Portman)
  • BPS Level A & B Intermediate Occupational Testing (British Psychological Society)
  • Currently studying for a Masters level Neurodiversity Coaching Birkbeck, University of London (2025)

Beyond work, Alison volunteers with the bereavement charity Cruse and passionately mentors young people, offering pro bono support as they step into the professional world.
